Christmas Pics Anyone?

Ok so December snuck up on me and I decided forget professional cards this year, I will do them, NO problem, right????? Well the kids were not in the mood, are they ever for Christmas pics, I am not sure???? It was interesting to say the least, so here are some of the bloopers and the half way decent pics that were the only ones I got for the cards. Kids remind me everyday how much we should enjoy each moment, they are so full of life and such a precious gift from our Father. My cup runneth over in more than one way:)Merry Christmas!!!

All Bundled Up

Well it is the Panhandle and it took a little longer than usual but winter has arrived with a vengance. It has been in the 30's in the days and in the very low 20's at night so needless to say we have been bundled. I wanted to show how cute the kids looked Sat. night before leaving to go to Nonee's while Mommy went to a Christmas Party. They were being so cute, Addison is so much help with Lawson and she insisted on putting his hat on him. They are my "bundles" of joy:)

PS thanks MiMI for the hat, it gets comments everywhere we go, he looks so cute in it:)

Cookies at Nonee's

While Larry and I were out celebrating our anniversary. the kids stayed with Nonee and Big Pop:) They had a special assignment and they both liked it, as you will see in the pics. These cookies were the same ones we made with my Mom growing up, so she was excited to continue the tradition. The final product were some yummy candy cane cookies handmade with love by my two favorite babies:)

Happy Anniversary:)

Can you believe it, on Dec. 4 we have been married 8 years:) It has been such a journey and I feel so blessed to have Larry in my life. It is amazing what you learn about marriage as you are on the journey. It is not about being perfect, it is not a fairy tale, but it is an incredibly rewarding growth process that comes from your commitment to the covenant you have formed together with our Savior. Larry and I have been blessed so much in the last 8 years, with tons of incredible memories and best of all two incredible children. It has been a journey for sure, but I wouldn't trade it for the world:)

Christmas Parade

Addison was in the "Big Borger Christmas Parade"!!! It was so much fun... it started yesterday with a 3 hour plus decorating the float extravaganza. The theme was "White Christmas" and all the girls were penguins. The float was all white of course, with an igloo in the middle and a blow up penguin. There was also a flocked Christmas tree and lots of white lights. If I may say so we did a GREAT job:) Anyway then today we met all the penguins and loaded the float down, by the way all these girls are from Dance Steps Studio where Addie Grace takes dance. They were too cute for words and the parade was fun, I joined the girls in all white with some other Moms, we were suppose to blend into the snow theme:)Fun Memories for sure:)

How Bout them Cowboys:)

Daddy and Lawson were in their full Cowboy attire yesterday in preparation for the big game against Green Bay.(which we won by the way :)I couldn't resist showing off how handsome my two men are:) Romo ain't got nothin' on these two:)

Just Playing Around

The other night at my Mom's we were busy in the kitchen and Addison and Lawson were just cracking up in the other room. When we went to see what all the laughter was about, Addie Grace was putting the santa hat over Lawson's head and they were just dying of laughter, then they were just playing so cute so I took some pics. They are really starting to interact, and Lawson thinks she is just hilarious, which of course she loves. Enjoy:)

Addison's School Program

So Addison goes to WeeSchool here in Borger and they do the cutest little Thanksgiving Program every year. Last year she fell off the stage, but this year no extra entertainment. She and her friends were precious and they sang great. Here are a few pics from her program.

Happy Turkey Day!

So Thanksgiving was good, we stayed in the big city of Borger and hung out over at Mom and Jakes house. Some of our friends celebrated with us, and also my stepsister Jenni and my neice and nephew. The food was out of this world and the fellowship was great, not to mention the Cowboys won yet again.(10-1) Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! So we are seriously so thankful for all the Lord has done for us. WE are truely blessed beyond measure. Thank you Lord for being so very good to us:)

Santa came to Borger

So Santa stopped by for an early visit, just as he always does here in Borger. He comes into town escorted by a team of Harley Davidsons, his elves, and he hangs out with all the kids to find out what they are dreaming of:) Addie Grace was an old pro, her and Santa go way back. She hopped right on and told him all about it. Then it was Lawson's turn, he loved the guy. He wouldn't stop smiling, it was hilarious. He just chilled on his lap, and let us snap photos. I am going to post some pics of Lawson now with more of Addie to come. Her pics were on my Moms camera... so enjoy these, more later:)

Happy 1/2 Birthday!

Lawson turned six months, I can hardly believe my baby boy is already 6 mnths old. He is getting cuter by the second if that is possible. He is now eating all sorts of good baby food, he chows down on teether biscuits, and he is starting to take some formula bottles. He can reach for you when he wants you to pick him up and he is so smile ready it is precious. We had a celebration for his half birthday and we got him some presents, he got a cement truck and he loves it (thanks Nonee)! He is so full of joy and just a blessing to have. Happy Bday Bubby!

Twinkle Toes

Addison is taking Ballet and Tap this year and she is doing great! We were invited to parents night a few weeks ago and so we got to watch how they all were progressing. She did really good, she is very precise. She might be the last one across the dance floor but she will be doing it exactly the way she was suppose to. The other girls were so cute to... we got to see there costumes they will be wearing at their recital, it was soooo exciting. Our little ballerina is such a blessing to us everyday.
