Vegas Baby

Larry and I went to Vegas a few weekends ago. We were training for the kick off event Herbalife Corporate put on Nationwide.... it was alot of work but lots of fun too of course. We had a really good time together and go to get a little time away together when all the work was done....We are blessed to get to be together while we work and raise a family:0)
In the pics I am with some great friends and dist. of ours in Vegas and then you will see me puttin' everyone to shame on the dance floor:) But best of all you will see Larry and Jay Curtis singing Karaokee, Family Tradition by Hank Williams Jr. they did great, (kind of...was that out loud...)lots of fun was had by all:)

Ready...Set... Go...

Lawson is getting ready, getting set but hasn't gone yet. He is 30 inches long and weighs 24 lbs so it isn't easy to get going by any means but is getting closer everyday:( I am kind of sad it goes so fast he is getting so big already but it is a very important milestone so I will let you know when he gets the job done:)Crawling is a whole new phase with lots more for him to explore and lots more for Mommy to do:)

Bathtime

So Lawson is now 8 1/2 mnths old and I hadn't posted a milestone pic. I thought I would post some of him in the bath because he LOVES his bath... he got his first little spat bc he throws major head banging fits when he has to exit the bath:( So anyway he is getting so big he now puckers his lips like a cheerio and says ooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhh at all sorts of things that amaze him, it is hilarious he also fake laughs constantly:) He is pretty rotten to his MaMa surprise surprise,but he loves his Daddy too. When I go to get him out of his crib in the mornings he asks for Dada first thing and then lunges for him the minute we find him.....He and Addison are such a bright spot thanks for letting me brag:)

Playhouse Disney Live

NONEE being so great got tickets for her and Addison and a friend to go to Playhouse Disney Live, it was in Amarillo. Not only did she get tickets but she got second row front and center. Addison was so excited she could barely stand it and her friend she chose to go with her was Emory McCown. They were so cute I could barely stand it... to make a long story short, it was a hit. Nonee did good and they made a great memory together:)

Lawson is better

So we went to the doctor this morning and both of my children got a clean bill of health. They look great!! God has been sooo good to us and is ending this season of sickness, and I am so thankful. They are so much happier and especially Lawson, he is getting back to his happy jolly self and it is such a blessing... I have posted some pics to show of his happy:)

Hospital for Bubby:(

Little Lawson got sick on New Years Day and had to be admitted the day after. He had RSV,Bronchitis, and Pneumonia.. he was a sick little man. It was so sad, he still had a good attitude and he was just so sick. No kidding every doc and nurse their said they had never seen a baby be so good so sick:) It really made you feel worse for him:) We we were there two days and one of those nights around 1:00 am Addie Grace made a trip to the ER with double ear infections:) It was horrible. But we are all doing better, Addison is at 100% and Lawson is climbing his way back. He finished his steroids, which have totally made him irritated and restless, he hasn't slept in nights.In fact I am typing this blog at 11:29 pm and he is playing with his dump truck as we speak:)He is also on breathing treatments which help his breathing but not his sleeping. God has been good to us though and he is healed and doing so much better. Thanks to all of you who have been praying please continue praying for his full recovery:)

Christmas, Christmas and more Christmas

So it was great this year but WOW it was crazy... I won't bore the audience with the details but we had been all over the place and had 4 Christmas extravaganza's by the time it was over. We are now in the process of adding on for the toys, no not really, I wish we were but we are not:)God is good to all of our families and it such a reality when we see how much we are able to bless each other during this time when we remember our Savior's birth. We had an exceptional time with all of our family and we are glad we came, we saw, we unwrapped tons and now we are home:) I pray blessings on each of our family and friends, may the Lord bring abundant prosperity in every area of each of your lives this year.I pray this year we all begin to appreciate each day a little more than the one before, they are so precious and each one holds more priceless memories. May he grant you peace and an overwhelming love for his son. Love you all.

Allie Hulsey

So Addison got a new puppy for Christmas. The idea was great but now I have buyers remorse for sure:) She is such a puppy!!!!! Addie Grace had no clue, Larry showed up on Christmas eve with a big silver box with a big red bow and delivered Addison's early present from Santa....WE knew without a doubt what her name would be because Addie Grace has named every stuffed pet "Allie" for the past year, we have no idea why but this would be her name for sure.... Addison has been pretty cute with her, and when I think I am going to kill her, I just watch Addie run through the house Allie right behind and I am ok for a little longer:)

My Favorite Christmas Gift

Addison has been taking voice lessons and loving it. Everything is a song all the time and she has such a heart for worship. It is amazing to listen to her tender voice praise our Father. I am positive there is nothing sweeter. I truly can't imagine the reaction in heaven:) She sang a solo and did incredible she introduced herself and the song's title and writer. She then performed "Be Still And Know" and did her curtsy.She then sat in her chair for almost 2 hrs so good and performed with the group. I was so blessed to watch her achieve something so big. She and one other little 4 yr. old were the youngest in the whole group by 4 yrs. God is so good to us that he gives us gifts called children and lets us enjoy beyond measure their growth in him.Christmas was so wonderful,but I this moment was my favorite gift for sure:)
