We have a mover and a shaker!!!

So he is mobile and has been now for about a month but I haven't been blogging as I should. He is ALL boy and into everything. He is hilarious:) He has opened every single drawer and cabinet in my home multiple times as well as eaten trash, dog food and kleenex. Wow he is busy such a little explorer this little guy. He wakes up and reaches for the door, he wants "side" or outside... immediatly. No wasting any time indoors are you kidding. This little man is a joy:)

First Soccer Game

So Addison is playing soccer this year and it is hilarious. Her first game was at 9 am and in this part of the country it is still really cold in the am. It was in the 30's this particular Saturday and Addison and the rest of her teamates were hating life. So anyway the game was so funny, we lost and the girls have no clue what they are doing. It is so cute to watch. Her second game is today and we will see if there is any improvement. The important thing is we got the pink shirts for our team, that is all that really mattered to Addison anyway....ha ha:)

Easter Sunday

Today is the day we celebrate a risen Savior. We had a very peaceful and joyful day. WE enjoyed being with family over at my Moms house. We hid eggs and hid eggs some more. WE are so thankful to serve such a good God and and so grateful he is not in the grave but alive. We do in deed serve a risen Savior. Thank you God our Father for your son. Happy Easter, may the Lord shine his face upon each of you:)

Brunch with the Bunny

Saturday we went to the country club to eat some breakfast/lunch and have some time with the bunny. After the eats went down then we did some egg hunting of course.Lawson wasn't really to excited, he got one egg and he was done for the day. Addison on the other hand took a kid out (ok on accident but she did take a girl out) and got the prize silver egg. She traded it for a cool play-do set. She had a blast and Lawson just took it all in. It was a fun day:)

Star of the week

Addison was the star of the week at school before spring break... That means you are the leader all week, the teachers helper and you get to take Marvin the monkey home with you for a whole week. THe class pet (a stuffed monkey that is) gets to hang with you and go eveywhere you go, sleep with you, play with you, go to church, you get the picure. She loved it and we had a great time. We chronicled the adventure with pictures and a story. She had such a good time. Anyway here are some pics of her and Marvin.

Trip to Abilene

The kiddos and I took a road trip to Abilene this last weekend. I had to go to attend a shower for one of my dearest friends Sheri Wright and the kids tagged along for Mimi and Pop fun. The shower was just gorgeous and Sheri was soooooooo blessed with tons of beautiful baby girl things. The kids enjoyed themselves for the most part, traveling with a 4 yr old and a 9 mnth old is far harder than I had anticipated:) In fairness it was more the 9 mnth old but we did it and we are home now. I didn't take many pics, too busy for that business but here are a few. The ones of Addison are with Walker Sheri's little boy, and then of the La-man in his Mimi's front yard swinging....
