As you scroll down through these posts you will see an absence of my little man in most of them, so I thought I would throw these in for good measure. Can't leave him out ya know:)These are just randoms from the day we were getting family pics in Nov., but they are pretty cute if I may say so myself:)
We had a wonderful Christmas this year. We traveled to Abilene to Mimi and Pop's house. We were able to have some special time with Mimi,Pop, Aunt Terra, Uncle Zach, and Caden. We also were blessed because Nonee and Big Pop joined us for some of the time as well. It was just gorgeous outside, and what a wonderful memory for us all to have a White Christmas. The kids were just a delight, and Lawson was super fun because this year he was totally into to the whole thing:) It was a great time and I am so thankful for family and all the blessings our Father has given us. Daily I am so overwhelmed at how good he is. I pray each of you has a wonderful New Year. God Bless!
Addison wanted a "real" salon for Christmas. So we gave the closest thing to it:) We got her a real salon chair and she happen to have the perfect spot for it in her room. She has the chair, the lights, the mirror, the cape, the curlers, the combs, the bobby pins, the pink blow dryer, the zebra straightner, the hairspray,the foil(for color jobs), the water bottle, and every other thing you would find in a salon!!! Oh yeah, no SCISSORS, and she is not very happy about that!!! So next time you need your hair done be sure to check out Addison Hulsey's Salon...GIRLS N CURLS!!!!!
Wow! Addison is getting lots of face time on the blogging this time around:) She is on a drama team at church. That does interpretive dance to incredible worship songs. These girls can do some praisin' Holy Cow!!!!! Just wanted to show a few pics, this has blessed so many people and I am so proud of all the girls:)
This was the title of Addison's school Christmas Program. We have been blessed by an incredible christian school the Lord has placed Addison in. They did a wonderful Christmas program that was like Dr. Seuss meets Broadway and tells the story or our Lord's birth. It was so stinkin' cute I tell ya!! Addison was the angel and did just so good:) Lawson was pretty hilarious as well, he pretty much was offended he wasn't asked to destroy everything on stage before, during and after the show.
Addison is in her second year of voice lessons and she absolutely loves every second of it. She sang a solo and a group song and did a wonderful job. She sings non-stop and is learning incredible things about theory and music as a whole. She is going to begin piano this semester hopefully. She has practiced very few times with Nonee and has picked up several songs very quickly. She is very musical, she sings, she tinkers with her guitar, she plays the harmonica really good and now she has added a Kazoo from Santa. She really has a heart of a worship and it is precious.
